TESTIMONIALS

Don't just take our word for it...

Fern Barthorpe - March 2021

After a long break due to health, I joined Serena's group last year (end of 2020) and haven't looked back.

I have always battled with my body image and in particular my legs (or 'hams' as I affectionately call them 😂) but I am finally starting to accept them as I tone and build up the muscle.

Jumping really works - I am feeling healthier and fitter than I have in years and nothing brings me more joy than a sweaty jumping sesh with Serena or Gabi!

Thank you guys, you are the best and I recommend #jump4you to everyone!'

Nicole Pearce - February 2021

With gyms closed and my usual football training/matches off limits I was looking for something I could easily access from the comfort of my home whilst trying to keep it enjoyable, I honestly couldn't be happier with the classes and more importantly the results!

Not only have I improved my cardio fitness and my core strength but the change in body shape is one of the best results I have experienced in just 32 days!! Yes, that's right these photos are taken just 32 days apart!

On average I did 3-4 sessions per week and along with a healthy diet am over the moon with my results! It didn't feel like it was hard work at all (although I am sure I wasn't thinking that mid-session though when you were giving us a good beasting 😉)

I am so excited to see what I can achieve with another month and would recommend anyone who is considering signing up to give it a go! Its varied and flexible to suite not just all fitness abilities, but with pre-recorded options you could work out at 11:00pm if that's the only free time you have in your day! Nothing can hold you back!

My 4 top tips I would suggest to any newbies who want to give it a try!

1 - Give yourself time - No one starts knowing what they are doing and certainly everyone starts thinking they have ZERO co-ordination! It does get easier but be patient. It took me 4 sessions to finally get a bit of rhythm (for some people it may be less and for some more!) . Don't look at the instructors and compare yourself, they are professionals of course they make it look easy!

2 - Plan a timetable what works for you - Planning classes really helped me work then into my day, and I didn't have to feel guilty about too many days passing without working out. It also gave me the opportunity to properly learn a routine so I could get the best out of it. I found it was only the second or third time I did the same routine that I put in my best effort! Equally try not to do the same session all the time, then you get too used to it and it can become too easy and you don't push yourself! Appreciate for everyone it will be different, you just need to find your own Goldilocks "just right" scenario!

3 - Eat Well - I am not suggesting for one second you don't enjoy some treats but if you are genuinely looking to see results eating healthy does help! Your body will want the right combinations of a balanced diet to sustain the workouts and also to help it recover. Again, as well as planning workouts I meal planned for the week, so knew what I would eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner so never got caught out having to ram a Greggs sausage roll down my throat as I didn't bring any lunch to work! Saturday was my treat day and rest assured it included a well-earned glass of wine (or two!), it wasn't all well behaved!

4- Take Photos - This to me is one of the most important tips. The scales and me seriously fell out years ago and no matter how many times I try and rekindle the relationship it always ends in me being bitterly disappointed with them. I now recognise that's because it's my body shape that I really care about. In my photos even though in my eyes I have "lost weight" the scales remained the same! I mean how is that even possible when you see the difference in the before and after?? Your photos can be private and something you only share with yourself but I promise you that you will be disappointed if you don't have something to look back on what you have achieved. Every journey needs a starting point and it's the end destination which matters. Don't be scare to record the start of your journey so you can be proud of what you achieve!

Serena, Gabi and Betti thank you so much again, none of this would be possible without your dedication, enthusiasm and support xXx

Nikki Bergin - January 2021

I’ve been jumping with Jump4You since November 2020 and I can’t believe I didn’t start sooner.

I had always said I'd go to a class when the children were at school; I finally took the plunge and never looked back.

I’m a busy, working mum of two; I love food and wine, as well as travelling, so needed something I could fit in when I needed it. Jump4You OnDemand is perfect.  I can jump when I want (for as long as I want) join the zoom sessions (as they have a great timetable!) which is perfect for my life style.  The instructors are amazing and the group who have joined OnDemand are lovely too.

Jump4You has changed me in so many ways; I'm happy in my own skin, I’m fitter, stronger, I’ve lost weight, toned and feel less stressed.

Jump4You is a fun way to exercise, lose weight and tone; they play some great music too!

I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me during the lockdowns and how much I’ve needed the sessions.

If you want a fun, friendly exercise family join Jump4You OnDemand and I promise, you will never look back!
