JUMP4YOU BRINGS SO MUCH TO OUR LIVES!

Apparently we are known as Jump4you's amazing Jumping Duo - we'll take that! 

​

We are new parents, both have busy and demanding day jobs, but Jump4You is just what we need at the end of our day!

​

We like to think that we bring so much to our classes. Hopefully you'll agree! Engaging, friendly, full of charisma, fun, energetic and quick routines, everything you need for that serious blast of cardio! You’ll definitely burn loads of calories and leave feeling reenergised!

​

Studying to become trainers in group exercise and World Jumping in 2016 was a brilliant decision and has added another string to our ever growing bow! We love learning new things, so as well as working full time and teaching Jump4You we are also squeeze in a bit of study!

I LOVE JUMP4YOU!

Even with a busy lifestyle, juggling kids, work and study, Jump4You is always something I find time for.

​

In 2016, I turned my love of exercise into more than that and became an instructor. I absolutely love everything about Jump4You; the people, the exercise, the music, the whole shebang! My sessions include lots of energy, smiles, positivity and of course that all important calorie burn. I dedicate about a third of the session to weights and resistance training, and I'm known for a squat tracks!

 

I'm married with two kids. By day, I'm an executive assistant and in my spare time, studying a degree in mental health, counselling and psychology.

JUMP4YOU IS MY PASSION!

 

As a busy working mum of two, finding time to keep fit on top of day to day demand can be extremely challenging.

However once I had started jump fitness classes I was instantly hooked and have never looked back. I am not a huge fan of running or the gym so keeping fit whilst having so much fun is perfect for me.

 

However, it hasn't just given me my fitness, I have met the most wonderful people and made some amazing friendships too.

 

Anyone who knows me knows how passionate I feel about Jump4You fitness and now I have completed my training in group exercise I feel incredibly privileged to join the team as a fitness instructor.

I AM A HUGE ADVOCATE FOR JUMP4YOU!

​

I've always loved to play sports & exercise, but I never knew how fun it could be until I found Jump4you!

 

In my spare time, I have a full time job as a  Customer Experience Manager, I regularly play netball for Hungerford Netball Club & I love to run. In 2016 I tore my ACL, I took a year out from all exercise and I came back stronger. I started running again, got back into netball and then I found my love of trampoline fitness. These classes have done wonders for my knees, overall fitness & mental health! It's low impact, but not low intensity - if you know me, you'll know I love a bit of high intensity training! Nothing compares to working up a sweat on my trampoline. The music, the moves and the people make it all worth while.

 

I'm a huge advocate of Jump4you & what it can do for your physical & mental health. So, I finally made the jump (pun intended) and became an instructor! I can't wait to share my sessions with you - get ready for a FUN full body workout!

GET FIT WITH JUMP4YOU FITNESS

Jump4you isn’t just about jumping around on a trampoline having fun! The sessions are specially choreographed to give a full body workout, which can be high in intensity but the best bit? Low impact!

​

There are so many health benefits!

  • Jump4you is low impact!

  • So many of our clients have had different alignments with their hips, knees, back and ankles, and Jump4you has helped them keep and stay fit.  People can exercise without adding to their pain.

  • Jump4you works the muscles in the legs, increases endurance, and strengthens bones.

  • It’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without the harsh impact on your body.

  • Oh and ladies, another important thing...it has been proven to strengthen your pelvic floor!

On average, in a 60 minute session you can burn around 500 calories, yet some of our clients have been known to reach the 800+. However, don’t let that scare you off, our classes really are mixed ability, you can take it at your own pace, build your own fitness level and it really is the least pretentious form of exercise class ever!

​

Do you need any more reasons to give it a go?

  • Aerobic exercise makes your oxygen supply, stronger and more efficient to help give our bodies a better chance at fighting viruses!
