Service Description

Our 45 minute sessions are fun, energetic and addictive! The sessions are specially choreographed to give a full body workout, which can be high in intensity but the best bit? Low impact! It works the muscles in the legs, increases endurance, and strengthens bones. It’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without the harsh impact on your body. Oh and ladies, another important thing...it has been proven to strengthen your pelvic floor! On average, in a 60 minute session you can burn around 600 calories, yet some of our clients have been known to reach the 800+. However, don’t let that scare you off, our classes really are mixed ability, you can take it at your own pace, build your own fitness level and it really is the least pretentious form of exercise class ever! Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel you can do so up to 24 hours before your session, where we will happily reschedule your class to another date. We understand that last minute changes happen, so please let us know if you cant attend a session, as we sometimes have a waitlist.
