Jump4you isn’t just about jumping around on a trampoline having fun! The sessions are specially choreographed to give a full body workout, which can be high in intensity but the best bit? Low impact!

There are so many health benefits!

  • Jump4you is low impact!

  • So many of our clients have had different alignments with their hips, knees, back and ankles, and Jump4you has helped them keep and stay fit.  People can exercise without adding to their pain.

  • Jump4you works the muscles in the legs, increases endurance, and strengthens bones.

  • It’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without the harsh impact on your body.

  • Oh and ladies, another important thing...it has been proven to strengthen your pelvic floor!

On average, in a 60 minute session you can burn around 600 calories, yet some of our clients have been known to reach the 800+. However, don’t let that scare you off, our classes really are mixed ability, you can take it at your own pace, build your own fitness level and it really is the least pretentious form of exercise class ever!
